From the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, Altura Montana Maya is a returning favourite we’ve been wanting to bring back for some time. Grown at around 1400m above sea level, this washed coffee delivers a smooth, balanced cup with plenty of depth and sweetness.

Expect bittersweet chocolate up front, followed by rich dried fruit and a lingering burnt caramel finish. It’s comforting, full-flavoured and easy to come back to — familiar enough for everyday drinking, but with just enough character to keep things interesting.
