This month’s limited roast brings you something genuinely special from the highlands of Timor-Leste. Grown by members of Cooperative Café Timor (CCT) — a network of more than 20,000 small-scale family farms — this coffee represents far more than great flavour in the cup.

Founded in 1994, CCT has grown into one of the most impactful agricultural cooperatives in the region. Beyond supporting farmer livelihoods, it has become the largest private healthcare provider in the country, operating 30 clinics and mobile services that reach remote communities. Their commitment to farmer training, gender equity, and social inclusion makes every bag of this coffee part of a much bigger story of progress.

In the cup, expect a comforting and layered profile:
malted chocolate, plum, raisin, and a finish of spiced black tea.
Medium-roast, balanced body, and incredibly easy to enjoy.
